Four categories of IPALEN 1000 are currently available

1 – IPALEN 1000 black industrial quality

Made from low-pressure POLYETHYLENE with a molecular weight of over 4 million; 95% of the coverings that we install, principally in silos and hoppers where the concerned product flows slowly against the walls, are made of this form of IPALEN 1000, which represents the best price/quality ratio.

2 – IPALEN 1000 standard quality, natural white

Exclusively manufactured from a fine powder of low-pressure POLYETHYLENE with a molecular weight of over 4 million.

This form of coating is most often applied when food products are concerned, and also for the covering of chutes and transporter chutes as it is more flexible than IPALEN 1000 black industrial quality, and therefore is better at absorbing shocks; however; its price is relatively higher.

3 – IPALEN 1000 quality 415

Exclusively manufactured from a fine powder of low-pressure high density POLYETHYLENE with a high molecular weight of more than 7 million.

This high molecular weight makes it 30% more wear resistant than IPALEN 1000.

Its price is approximately 10% higher than that of IPALEN natural white quality.

4 – IPALEN 1000 anti-static black

Manufactured from a fine powder of low-pressure high density POLYETHYLENE with a molecular weight of over 7 million, incorporating black coal, which significantly diminishes the superficial sensitivity of the material.
